The price quoted is the price honoured. The deadline given is the deadline kept. We negotiate hard at the start so nothing has to be re-opened at the end.

To build at our family's own standard.
The material we specify is the material we lay. We will not ship anything to a customer that we would not be willing to use, eat, host in or live in ourselves.

To take the long view, always.
A house, a hotel, a mill is built once — its consequences last a generation. We prefer to be remembered for what we built rightly than for how much we built quickly.
